From the state of deep relaxation and inner brightness we dive into awareness through intuitive movement with the unique "Vital Nexus“ practice with remarkable GONZALO BARALES for exploration and creativity to recognize and integrate our physicality with our consciousness and needs. The practice is inspired by concepts and techniques from Qi Gong, Tai Chi, Kung Fu, Yoga, Contemporary dance, Contact Impro, Nature and Philosophy. Through guided movement invitations and images we explore and recognize our physicality to connect with our own creativity and the unknown. The goal is to create and experience what we need from a intuitive doing, with no mental or superficial prejudgement that limits or blocks our movements. There are no wrong movements and to recognize that everything we move is giving us something new back.
