About Cacao Dance Tribe Founded in 2017, Cacao Dance Tribe was one of the world’s first Cacao Ceremony + Ecstatic Dance events, originally held in Camden. After a pause during the pandemic, we’re thrilled to have revived the tribe in Tufnell Park since 2023, co-created by the Ecstatic Dance London community, pioneers of the UK’s sober dance movement since 2009.
