Extatický tanec existuje už tisícky rokov v rôznych kultúrach ako dôležitý rituál, ktorý spája komunitu a v posledných rokoch sa opäť rozširuje po celom svete ako bezpečný priestor, pri ktorom môžeme byť plne sami sebou a spočinúť v pohybe, ktorý vychádza z nášho vnútra a pri ktorom nehľadíme na formu. Na začiatku sa prostredníctvom kakaovej ceremónie naladíme na naše srdce a zámer, prepojíme sa v kruhu a vytvoríme tak podporný a posvätný priestor pre spoločnú tanečnú cestu. Následne pri hudbe rôznej atmosféry, tempa a emócii, budeme mať možnosť precítiť rôzne aspekty samých seba a odovzdať sa sile prítomného okamihu. Uvoľnením stagnujúcej energie a vzorcov, ktoré nám už neslúžia, sa naplníme prílevom novej, životodárnej energie a inšpirácie. Pre každého môže byť táto skúsenosť iná. Niekto môže uvoľnovať potlačené emócie, niekto zažívať radosť a oslavný tanec, pre iného to zase môže byť čisto aktívna pohybová meditácia alebo pasívna meditácia v sede pri počúvaní hudby. Tanec ako univerzálny jazyk nám tak dovolí sa prepojiť s ostatnými na hlbšej úrovni. • Tancujeme sami alebo v kontakte s ostatnými, pričom kontaktný tanec sa odporúča rešpektujeme signály a priestor ostatných. • Tancujeme bez vplyvu drog či alkoholu. **Cesar Chunk je nezávislý umelec, producent, hudobný zberateľ a rádio programátor narodený v Peru, ktorý cestoval Latinskou Amerikou venujúc sa pouličnému umeniu, cirkusu a hudbe. Pritom zbieral alternatívnu hudbu z každej krajiny, ktorú navštívil. V roku 2012 začal nosiť aj masky, aby zdôraznil vo svojich setoch pocit šamanského rituálu a kultúrneho bohatstva. Jeho sety sú autentickou ceremóniou, kde Africké bubny, arabské flauty, hlasy v nepoznaných jazykoch a tropické zvuky sa miešajú s elektronickými beatmi. Ecstatic dance has existed for thousands of years in many cultures as an important ritual connecting the community and also nowadays it has become a very important safe space that creates an opportunity for us to connect to ourselves, free up energetic blocks, connect deeper to our heart, and expand our consciousness beyond the barriers of the mind. We start with a heart-opening cacao ceremony, to create a supportive group energy and set an intention. Finding the balance between surrender and structure, we will be surrendering to a rollecoaster ride of different music genres, tempos and emotions to discover all the different aspects within ourselves. Dance yourself into ecstatic states of awareness, release old patters & paradigms and all conditioning that no longer serves you and come resting in the stillness of your authentic being. Feeling the music, becoming the dance, moving without thinking, free from time and space, in this state, dance is one of the greatest healers. You are welcome as you are. For some people this could be an experience of releasing supressed emotions, for others it will be a dance of celebration and joy, and for some it will feel like an active or even still meditation. All of this is welcome. You will be embraced in all of your aspects. At the end we will have a chance to integrate and deepen the whole experience through a sound healing journey. Dance as a universal language will help us express and connect even more deeply with others. • We can connect to others while reading their signals and respecting their boundaries. • No drugs or alcohol on the dancefloor. **César Chunk is an interesting independent artist born in Peru, he travelled by bicycle through Latin America doing street art, circus, crafts and music, he collects alternative music from each country he visits. he started wearing masks since 2012 to correctly represent the feeling of shamanic rituals and cultural interior. The trip is an authentic ceremony where African drums, Arabic flutes, voices in unknown languages and tropical sounds are mixed with electronic Beats. A deep analysis to investigate alternative music in the world and try to unify living culture.
