Finding the balance between surrender and structure, we will be surrendering to a rollecoaster ride of different music genres, tempos and emotions to discover all the different aspects within ourselves. Dance yourself into ecstatic states of awareness, release old patters & paradigms and all conditioning that no longer serves you and come resting in the stillness of your authentic being.
