This workshop will also include conditioning, isolations, and across-the-floor exercises; All in the style of the Masacote school! SALSA FOOTWORK (ON 2) Work with Ana on incorporating body movement and rhythmical footwork to add musicality and expression to your dance! SOCIAL SCHEDULE: We're kicking off the night from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m with a "crash course" dance lesson (included in the price of admission): -Rueda De Casino (Cuban Salsa) lesson by Madison Rueda NEW SCHEDULE--ONE MORE HOUR OF FUN! Open dancing starts at 8:00 p.m. and will go until 12 a.m.! Earthview Yoga's main room has 2350 sq ft. of dance space that features a pristine wooden floor, powerful sound system, party lighting, and a comfortable café/lounge space for socializing away from loud music. Please do remember to bring non-marking shoes (soft soled or suede-sole dance shoes preferred) to protect the dance floor. Basic refreshments (bottled water, Gatorade, etc.) will be available for sale at the front. Please be considerate of the dance floor and fellow dancers by keeping flavored drinks off the dance area.
