🇵🇱 Cieszymy się na przyjazd naszego Mistrza Boca do Rio, który przybywa z Salvadoru – miasta pełnego pięknej energii, położonego w stanie Bahia w Brazylii. To miejsce jest kolebką afrobrazylijskiej sztuki Capoeira Angola oraz rytmów samby. W dniach 04.06-02.07 2026 będziemy gościć Mistrza w Warszawie! To wyjątkowa okazja, aby doświadczyć treningów zarówno muzycznych, jak i ruchowych u samego źródła. Capoeira Angola to sztuka wielowymiarowa. Jak często powtarza Mistrz: łączy sztuki walki, taniec, teatr, filozofię, śpiew, ruch ciała i poezję w jedno. Pozwala także na połączenie ciała, umysłu i ducha. W trakcie treningów z Mistrzem: - poznamy podstawowy ruch, jakim jest ginga - nauczymy się kopnięć, uników oraz sekwencji - pozwolimy ciału szukać ekspresji w ruchach, nadając im bardziej płynny i taneczny charakter - poznamy podstawowe rytmy na instrumentach: berimbau, pandeiro, reco-reco i agogo - nauczymy się piosenek śpiewanych podczas spotkań roda de Capoeira Angola Treningi będą tłumaczone z języka portugalskiego na polski, więc nie ma powodu do obaw o barierę językową. Zajęcia są dla każdego, kto ma ochotę spróbować tej sztuki. [email protected] Do zobaczenia! Axé! 🇬🇧 We are delighted to welcome our Master Boca do Rio, who is coming from Salvador – a city full of vibrant energy, located in the state of Bahia, Brazil. This place is the cradle of the Afro-Brazilian art of Capoeira Angola and the rhythms of samba. From June 4th to July 2nd, 2026, we will be hosting the Master in Warsaw! This is a unique opportunity to experience both musical and movement training straight from the source. Capoeira Angola is a multidimensional art. As the Master often says: it unites martial arts, dance, theater, philosophy, singing, body movement, and poetry in one. It also allows for the connection of body, mind, and spirit. During the trainings with the Master: - we will learn the fundamental movement called ginga - we will practice kicks, escapes, and sequences - we will let the body search for expression in these movements, giving them a more fluid and dance-like character - we will discover the basic rhythms on instruments such as the berimbau, pandeiro, reco-reco, and agogo - we will learn songs sung during "roda de Capoeira Angola" The classes will be translated from Portuguese into Polish or English (if needed), so there is no need to worry about language barriers. The classes are open to everyone who wishes to try this art. All you need to bring is: - comfortable shoes (yes, we train in footwear – it’s an important element 😉) - long, comfortable pants and a t-shirt - an open mind and body, ready for new experiences and challenges 🙂 Single class - 80 PLN Monthly training package - 500 PLN (the price includes trainings during the week and Saturdays and our Evento da Sereia) We can’t wait to play together! 🙂 If you have any questions – feel free to contact us. Esse lugar é o berço da arte afro-brasileira da Capoeira Angola e dos ritmos do samba. De 4 de junho a 2 de julho de 2026, vamos acolher o Mestre em Varsóvia! Será uma oportunidade única de vivenciar treinos musicais e corporais direto da fonte. A Capoeira Angola é uma arte multidimensional. Como o Mestre sempre diz: ela reúne luta, dança, teatro, filosofia, canto, movimento do corpo e poesia em uma só expressão. Também permite a conexão entre corpo, mente e espírito. Nos treinos com o Mestre: - vamos aprender o movimento fundamental chamado ginga - praticar chutes, esquivas e sequências - deixar o corpo buscar sua própria expressão nos movimentos, dando mais fluidez e um caráter dançante - conhecer os ritmos básicos nos instrumentos: berimbau, pandeiro, reco-reco e agogô - aprender canções cantadas nas rodas de capoeira As aulas são abertas para todos que tenham vontade de experimentar essa arte.
