No registrations on the day. WHO IS IT FOR? For Spinning Clinic Improvers / Intermediate you need to be at the Salsa Improver 2 level at a minimum. WHAT YOU WILL LEARN In this weekend workshop masterclass, we will focus on the key aspects of spinning such as spotting, balance, timing, coordination, posture, strengthening, conditioning, correct feet and body positioning. Additionally you will go through a number of stylish footwork patterns to complement the spinning elements. You’ll get lots of helpful tips and practice drills to improve your spin stability. Single, double triple… the sky is the limit! WEEKEND WORKSHOP SCHEDULE 13.15 – Doors Open / Sign-in 13.30 – Workshop Starts. Please bring a bottle of water. 15.15 to 15.30 – Demo and practice, music will be played and perfect for some Q and A.
