Cardiff More Than a Follower

THIS IS KIZOMBA proudly presents: More Than a Follower - an all ladies workshop with Tania Mendonca. Join us on a four hour workshop where Tania will help us work with: * Body movement * Kizomba flow * Body isolations * Semba solos You don't need a partner or any dance experience to take part. The workshop will begin promptly at 2pm and there will be a 15 minute break between sessions. Feel free to bring water and snacks, though Revolution can supply refreshments. At the end of the workshop, Tania would like to invite all taking part to be part of a Semba video routine and a group photo!
