June at Cascabelito✨ A month dedicated to tango musicality. How can we better understand different orchestras? What makes a tango feel rhythmic or melodic? How can musicality become something natural in the body while dancing? Throughout June, we’ll explore these questions together through classes and práctica, sharing tools, ideas, and different ways of listening and moving. To open the month, we’re very happy to welcome our dear friend and guest teacher Lourdes Medina. She will give a special class on musicality, sharing practical exercises, musical insights, and her personal approach to interpreting tango music in dance. After the class, Lourdes will guide the práctica 😊. We’ll keep each other company through Monday evenings, sharing the space, the music, and the process of learning.
