Join us for CATHARSIS - Ecstatic Dance & Cacao Ceremony Experience! Catharsis is a celebration of Electronica & Psytrance music! Ecstatic Dance London presents: ⋘ ─ ∗ CATHARSIS ∗ ─ ⋙ Back by popular demand!! We are chuffed to be bringing back Catharsis on Sat 29 January! For all those lovers of dance music! Once upon a time, way back in 2019, we ran an awesome ecstatic dance event in Camden, called Catharsis! It was a celebration of Rave culture, and all things Electronica & Psytrancey. We ran this monthly event for a couple of years in Camden, right up to the start of the Covid Pandemic. And we are proud and excited to bring it back "due to popular demand!" We'll be including magical ceremonial grade cacao and hypnotic electronic music to connect us deeply with our dance and our creativity. No experience necessary. All welcome. *No drugs or psychedelics are needed, we get a natural high through and dance and breathwork, and cacao! WHAT IS CATHARSIS? Catharsis is about Liberation, Purification, Freedom and Fun! It's about getting in touch with the wild dancer who doesn't care what people think. To open up and make friends with our anger, our power, our passion, our playful nature and our tender heart - all accompanied by a scorching psytrance and electronica soundtrack. SCHEDULE: ◈ 8:15pm - 10:30pm Ecstatic Dance/Movement Meditation with *Cacao Gratitude Circle* (with sound system and optional of Silent Disco Headphones to fully immerse into the music! We will provide complimentary Raw Vegan Cacao - super yummy, the best in London for sure! ) ◈ 10:30pm Class ends ◈ 10:30pm -11:00pm Optional social with refreshing fruit to nourish you after the dance WHAT TO EXPECT: 1.
