CDC's Ladies Heels Choreography Class

Ladies Heels Choreography Class: Step into your confidence with CDC’s Ladies Choreography Class, a bold and empowering class designed for women who want to move with strength, style, and self-expression. This class blends heels dance, jazz, Latin fusion, and ballroom-inspired movement into choreography that is captivating, daring, and confident. Heels are recommended, but totally optional. Dancers are welcome to wear whatever shoes help them feel comfortable and supported. Songs and choreography change monthly, so there is always something fresh to learn while continuing to build technique, body awareness, confidence, and performance quality. This class is also a great way to improve health and wellness, connect with a supportive community, and challenge yourself in a fun environment.
