🇪🇸♡🇪🇸 Sobre la Ceremonia de Cacao: En este espacio sagrado que creamos juntos, consumiremos una dosis ceremonial del más puro cacao orgánico crudo hecho a mano en Guatemala. Invitados por esta medicina vegetal, y apoyados por la meditación, el tambor chamánico, la música en vivo y el movimiento libre, seremos guiados a conectarnos en un nivel más profundo con nosotros mismos y con los demás. Silvia (Tarifa Yoga) aprovecha su conocimiento de décadas dedicadas a seguir el camino del yoga, así como sus experiencias trabajando en diversas tradiciones indígenas. Ella comparte el amor por la medicina del Cacao de una manera sincera y desde el corazón. Neil Williams nos va a acompañar con su música y espíritu libre, ayudándonos a volar alto en las alas del canto! ♡ Cómo preparar: No tomar café o cualquier otro estimulante por lo menos 3 horas antes de la ceremonia. Recomendamos que no comas por lo menos tres horas antes de la ceremonia. Esto es para que el cacao se pueda absorber rápido y fácilmente, permitiéndote profundizar en tu viaje. Por favor, bebe mucha agua antes y después de la ceremonia para mantenerte hidratado. Vístate con ropa cómoda y siéntate libre de embellecerte tanto como quieras! Es una celebración del corazón! Te invitamos a establecer una intención antes del comienzo de la ceremonia y hacer un poco de trabajo interno para obtener claridad en qué aspecto de tu vida quieres llevar la luz y la energía de sanación que se mueve durante esta práctica. ♡ Salud y Seguridad: Cacao ceremonial es seguro para beber, sin embargo, avísanos si alguna de las siguientes situaciones se aplica: Si estás tomando antidepresivos, ISRS o cualquier otro medicamento. Invited by this plant medicine, and supported by meditation, gentle heart opening bodywork, the shamanic drum, live medicine music and free movement/ecstatic dance, we will be encouraged to connect on a deeper level with ourselves and others. Silvia (Tarifa Yoga) taps into her knowledge of decades dedicated to following the yogic path as well as her experiences working with plant medicine in various indigenous traditions. She shares her love for the Cacao medicine sincerely from her heart. Neil Williams will share his beautiful talent and free spirit with us and helps us to fly high on the wings of music. ♡ How to prepare yourself: To prepare your body for the cacao to enter your system easily, we recommend not or only very light eating at least 3 hours before the start of the ceremony. Drink a lot of water before and during the ceremony. Tune in to the vibration of the Cacao in the days previous to the ceremony by setting your intention on what you would like to focus on, release, manifest or transform. Dress in comfortable loose clothing and feel free to beautify yourself as much as you want!
