Learn one of Ceroc’s most iconic movements – the Hammer Throw. Twiggy will break down the technique step by step, before adding a variety of creative variations. You’ll leave with a set of Hammer Throw options and the confidence to use them in freestyle. There will be short breaks (tea, coffee, juice and biscuits are provided) There are limited places and the workshop is gender balanced.
