WHAT IS IT ALL ABOUT?! 🫀The Geneva Human Experience is bringing to you a magical collaboration between Mané - a Swiss singer and songwriter, weaving electro pop songs mixed with shamanic drumming and intuitive singing; and White Owl - a Geneva-based Ecstatic Dance DJ. Through vocal expression, movement and sound, participants will be invited to experiment with their creative selves and naturally activate their inherent intuition. THE JOURNEY - 16:00 Cacao Ceremony Opening - 16:30 Intuitive Voice by Mané - 17:30 Ecstatic Dance by DJ White Owl - 19:00 Sound Journey by Mané - 19:30 Soulfood: shared diner & hugs & heart-to-heart sharing! INTUITIVE VOICE 🗣 You do not need to "know how to sing". The session guided by Mané will be completely intuitive and will propose to freely explore one's voice. You will be invited to get in touch with your inner states of being through intuitive sounds, at your own pace and according to what you are experiencing in the moment. An authentic exploration of your being to connect with your emotions and resonate the present moment. Vocal expression and singing naturally stimulate the right hemisphere of your brain and allow you to connect to your intuition - that sense of inner knowing that is a guidance system for your soul. ECSTATIC DANCE It’s a free form of dance - with no guidance, no talk - in which dancers abandon themselves to the rhythm and move as the music takes them, leading to feelings of serenity, connection to self, sometimes trance and ecstasy. It is a journey: with self, with elements of nature, with others. Embodied meditation. Release. Work-out. Musical travel. Self-healing. Room for grief, for relief, for joy. Space for true singularity and authenticity. Human connections. Nature contemplation. Body-care. Soul-care. A prayer... SOUND JOURNEY We will close the afternoon with a sound journey where you can settle down and welcome all that has been experienced and transcended during the day, in a gentle and introspective way. An invitation to let yourself be carried away by the music and voice of Mané. The shamanic drum, the kalimba, the voice, the breath and the silence will accompany your own inner journey and will support you with love to open your own spaces of light. 💞 What to bring? VOIX INTUITIVE Vous n'avez pas besoin de savoir chanter. La séance guidée par Mané sera complètement intuitive et proposera d’aller explorer sa voix en toute liberté. Vous serez invité.e.s à visiter des états d’êtres au travers de sons intuitifs, à votre rythme et en fonction de ce que vous vivez sur le moment. Une exploration authentique de son être pour se connecter à ses émotions et vibrer l’instant présent. L'expression vocale et le chant stimulent naturellement l'hémisphère droit de votre cerveau et vous permettent de vous connecter à votre intuition - ce sentiment de connaissance intérieure qui est un système de guidage de notre âme. DANSE EXTATIQUE Il s'agit tout simplement d'une forme de danse libre - sans guidance, sans règles, sans paroles - dans laquelle les danseurs s'abandonnent au rythme et bougent au gré de la musique, ce qui entraîne des sentiments de sérénité, de connexion à soi, parfois de transe et d'extase. C'est un voyage : avec soi-même, avec les éléments de la nature, avec les autres. Méditation. Libération. Corps en mouvement. Voyage musical. Auto-guérison. La place pour le chagrin, pour le soulagement, pour la joie. Espace d'expression de ce qui est present. Espace pour la vraie singularité et l'authenticité de chacun. Connexions humaines. VOYAGE SONORE Nous clôturerons l’après-midi avec un voyage sonore où vous pourrez vous déposer et accueillir tout ce qui a été vécu et transcendé pendant la journée, tout en douceur et en introspection. Une invitation à vous laisser porter par la musique et la voix de Mané. Le tambour chamanique, la kalimba, la voix, la respiration et le silence seront présents en accompagnement de votre propre cheminement intérieur et vous soutiendront avec amour pour ouvrir vos propres espaces de lumière. 💞 Que faut-il apporter ?
