On April 19th, in alignment with the Aries New Moon, founder of the Groove, Jesse Buck Returns to bring back the sunshine from his Costa Rica Adventures and ACTIVATE THE NEXT CHAPTER OF THE GROOVE-TRAIN. Jesse will be returning to embark on a Spring Tour with the intention to raise the vibe & activate our dance communities in Ontario. - Reach out if you want to bring him to your community! For his return to the Toronto, he will be sharing a more profound musical journey to bring us back to the core of the Chocolate Groove, and reconnect us with the magic of “ECSTATIC DANCE”. Which, is a barefoot, no-talking, deep internal/external dance experience from stillness to an exploration of free movement with global rhythms and into full ecstatic liberation. He will be facilitating an intentional guided journey for us to connect to our WILD hearts. The Ceremony will also be opened by a prayer-formance by the Rose & Hive Temple Grove Community. THEN.. On April 21st, he will be bringing the Groove-Train to Hamilton to host an “ECSTATIC DANCE PARTY” and activate the next Hamilton Groove for their first Friday night event with special guest, DJ Kirtan! We will be taking over its Main stage in the basement, which is wheelchair accessible (elevator), full bar, lounge and of course, a wooden dance floor. With a 250 person capacity, we are excited to grow with this venue. What is the Chocolate Groove? Chocolate Groove has been offering alcohol-free community gatherings since the summer of 2018. What started out as a Community Cacao Ecstatic Dance Social has evolved into a much bigger production over the last 4 years. We have been hosting many different types of community gatherings over the years, but most known for our Cacao Ecstatic Dance Party’s where we merge the freedom of Ecstatic Dance & with a social / networking experience.
