The Chocolate Groove has returned to offering weekly indoor Cacao Ceremony Ecstatic Dance, Social & Soundbath wellness events! Our intention is to create a safe space for movement, celebration, art & connection. We are an inclusive, family friendly space open to everyone to come together, connect authentically & DANCE! This week, we are continuing a new chapter at our new indoor location in Downtown Toronto on Younge St featuring the talented Matty Ryce curating the music and Jesse Buck offering the Soundbath to conclude. DJ - Matty Ryce To keep it short and sweet, I have been DJing for almost 15 years now--from the big sound and bright lights of clubs to cozy and intimate lounge settings, both globally and locally. The mainstay in my repertoire has been proper house music, but as artistry and interests grow and change, I have developed a love for "organic house" (as it has been dubbed) over the past several years, and as my club days have turned more into spiritual work and practice, I cherish the opportunities to play music from my heart and soul to yours.
