It is a moving meditation where dance becomes a pathway to presence, awareness, and connection with inner wisdom. There is no choreography - only listening, sensing, and allowing the body to move truthfully. Ecstatic Dance offers a free, non-verbal space of expression, where movement arises from intuition, aliveness, and joy. A space to celebrate the body, energy, and the simple beauty of being fully alive. Cacao Ceremony is a ritual of heart-opening and remembrance.�Cacao is a sacred plant of the Mayan tradition, used for centuries in ceremonial spaces. It supports grounding, presence, playfulness and joy. Cacao teaches us how to listen more deeply - to ourselves, to one another, and to the heart of Mother Earth - reminding us of the natural healing power that lives within each of us. Held on Christmas Eve, this gathering honors love not as a concept, but as a lived, embodied experience - through movement, rhythm, and shared presence. ✨ No experience needed 🌿 About the Facilitators Tomasz Szymocha Accredited 5Rhythms® teacher and pioneer of bringing sacred cacao into conscious dance in Poland. With a background in movement theatre and years of international teaching, Tomasz holds spaces where structure meets freedom and awareness meets wildness — supporting deep embodiment, emotional release, and honest self-encounter through dance. He completed his 5Rhythms® teacher training in 2016 at The Moving Center® in New York and has since been facilitating classes and workshops internationally, including in Poland, Germany, Israel, Spain, France, Italy, and the United States. Originally trained as a mime actor, Tomasz studied and worked in theatre in Berlin for many years, teaching movement and dance-theatre to both adults and young people. His early artistic path began in Warsaw, where he performed at Teatr Buffo before emigrating to Berlin in 1987. At the age of 25, Tomasz spent two and a half years in intensive meditation in the Himalayas, an experience that continues to shape his way of holding space — with sensitivity, authenticity, and openness to whatever arises. On his dance floor, movement becomes a gateway to presence, healing, and genuine connection with oneself. In his work, Tomasz weaves shamanic ritual, plant wisdom, and embodied awareness, allowing cacao to become a supportive ally in conscious dance journeys. He is also a Lomi Lomi Nui and tantric massage practitioner, and has completed levels 1 and 2 at the International School of Temple Arts (ISTA), integrating energy, intimacy, and movement as tools for deep transformation. As the founder of BioRezydencja in the Izera Mountains, he created a space where nature and experiential practices support inner change. Guided by strong ecological values, Tomasz has personally planted over 70,000 trees. Atma Colibri Ecstatic Dance facilitator, holistic therapist, mindfulness teacher, and Medicine Woman. Atma creates spaces where dance becomes prayer, and the body a natural guide leading back to the Source. As an Ecstatic Dance facilitator, she invites deep self-connection, expression, transformation, and union with life force energy. She believes that dance is more than movement — it is medicine that opens the heart and restores connection with the Divine within ourselves and around us. Atma creates musical journeys through organic house, afro, and ethnic electronic sounds. Her selections, inspired by shamanic traditions and medicine music, weave live instruments and tribal rhythms, guiding a dance journey toward presence and unity with Nature. As a holistic therapist, Atma works with trauma-informed and body-based practices, including EFT and Matrix Reimprinting, supporting emotional healing and nervous system regulation. She has completed numerous shamanic trainings and healing practices from different traditions, which inform her work with ritual, movement, and embodied awareness. She has also completed trainings at the International School of Temple Arts (ISTA), through which she deepened her understanding of the role of life force energy in processes of personal transformation.
