CI class + Jam at JP

Every Thursday come dance at JP. CI is a form of dance that combines momentum, weight sharing, listening and continuous movement. This space is for learning and labbing the art of CI and practicing it. Our class this week will have something to do with moving and not getting stuck. How can we invite fluidity in our dance and keep moving? Avital Bar Zuri will teach the class and then we'll open the space for jamming! Come and bring a friend!!
