You are warmly welcome to the playful and experiential Training YOU - ME - US - IT *** In the coming CI Class, we'll play with that: Exploring the connection to yourself, the other, the dance you create together- and ultimately the whole group-body. It's a dynamic balance. And body-awareness is the key to make choices which make your dance swing, your connection strong and your grounding solid. (PS: CI stands for Contact-Improvisation) *** How are we going to do that? Just yesterday, I came back from a Tango Festival. It was full of inspiration, playfulness, and community. Being there sparked the theme for this training: It's a key principle, not only in dance, but in life! What CI, Tango and Life have in common: Balancing and directing attention through body-awareness. No, it won’t be a Tango class, but you can expect: Sweet surrender and deep relaxation-Undoing the body. First alone, then in partners, in trios and as a group. Diving into body awareness and exploring quality of touch. Sensing, expanding, melting, reaching, connecting. You'll learn to trust intuitive decisions in your dance, always from a strong connection to your own center. You are warmly invited !
