*German below ---------------------- One day Workshop with Juli Gabor 2. CI Focus Day - Center Connections During this workshop, we will focus on the role of our centers in contact improvisation. The day begins with discovering and connecting to our centers through our own hands, later exploring both micro and macro movements in solo. As we progress, we'll build greater connection and perception of space and partners, experimenting with various dance scores and movement patterns. These exercises aim to refine our ability to dance from and with our centers. Reflection and peer sharing will deepen the learning experience. The workshop will be held in English, with German translation available, and is open to all levels of experience. This workshop can be booked as a single workshop or as a three part series. Price: € 120,- / TT's € 100,- Price for the whole 3 part series: € 310,- / TT's € 250,- Juli Gabor (HU/AU): is a holistic movement educator and bodyworker based in Vienna, Austria. Juli holds a Bachelor in Danish Psychomotor Therapy/Relaxation Pedagogy (2014) and she works professionally in the field of Health Promotion. She has over 20 years of experience in CI and more (release technique, easy acrobatics, various social dance forms). Juli is an Ilan Lev Method practitioner (2019) and works also as personal trainer. CI Fokustag – Verbindung zum Zentrum An diesem Tag liegt der Schwerpunkt auf der Rolle unseres Zentrums in der Contact Improvisation. Wir beginnen damit, unser Zentrum über Eigenberührung zu erspüren und erforschen, später über Mikro- als auch Makrobewegungen im Solo. Im weiteren Verlauf vertiefen wir die Verbindung zum Raum und zu unseren Tanzpartner*innen, experimentieren mit verschiedenen Scores und Bewegungsmustern. Ziel ist es, unsere Fähigkeit zu verfeinern, aus dem Zentrum heraus und mit dem Zentrum zu tanzen. Reflexion und Austausch untereinander vertiefen das Lernen. Der Workshop findet auf Englisch statt, mit möglicher deutscher Übersetzung und ist für alle Erfahrungsstufen offen. Dieser Workshop kann als Einzelworkshop oder als dreiteilige Serie gebucht werden. Sie hat über 20 Jahre Erfahrung in CI und mehr (Release-Technik, leichte Akrobatik, verschiedene soziale Tanzformen).
