Happy to invite you to join the international dancing family and discover the basics of Contact Improvisation!
September 18th to 21st - a three days beginner friendly workshop , where we'll ask questions and find answers in our bodies.
Three hours session will consist of two parts:
1. Solo body, where we'll explore:
-body alignment and axis
- movement qualities
- utilising the gravity
- inspiration to move
2. Basics of Contact improvisation:
-attentive empty touch
- weight sharing ang momentum
-listening and being present
-borders and invitations to move
