HOLA & ALOHA! Cinco de Mayo this year will be on a Thursday (May 5th) starting at 6pm and rages in the streets of Downtown Chinatown Honolulu until 10pm. We move into the different bars/venues from 10pm-2am for the afterparty. This year's theme is “Vamos A Bailar” (Let’s Dance!) We want to invite everyone to come EARLY and Eat, Drink, and Dance in the streets with us as we celebrate Life with music as our Universal language. Welcome back to Honolulu! Restaurants/ Vendors featuring foods from, the Caribbean, Mexican, Puerto Rican and our Local Grinds; also, featuring seasonal specialties, alongside Honolulu's Landmark establishments. Headlining the event! "Mariachi Los Toreros", from Oxnard, California, Strolling through-out Chinatown! Samba Reggae Hawaii, Honolulu based percussion & dance group, music of Bahia, Brazil will have you dancing in the streets! On the Main Stage, Dance and Shake through the evening with the performance of "Mambo Vixens" Bachata Bootcamp Team! Are you ready to join in ...."Zumba" with Instructor Carolina Rivadeneyra-Enriquez & friends! Hawaii's Favorite Latin DJs throw-it all down; "DaLion of Judah" & his RITMO Crew! On the Hotel Street Stage; DJ's Kid Continental & Puka Shells, with more beats! BUT that’s not all! Check out the Low Riders Pride Hawaii Car Show and Latin Riderz Motorcycle Club displays on the streets! Take a ride on the "Mechanical Bull" or stop into a Beer Garden for a refreshing Beer or Margarita! Don’t miss our Taco Eating Contest, Mustache Contest & more! Check out the "FREE" Photo Booth provided by the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Hawaii! The Official After-Party starts at 10pm-2am at designated venues!
