Body Movement & Styling Workshop 1 1/2 hours with Irina Kapeli and Blaine Holt Sat 24th August 2013 5pm to 6:30 pm St Cuthbert's College, 122 Market Road, Epsom $25 Per person & get the dance party for $15 This workshop will be an introduction to: -Why is warm up so important and how to do it properly? -How to improve and work on your body isolation / body waves and general body movement -Basic rules of arm styling -Leg styling -Coming out of turns -Hair play Irina Kapeli, lives to dance and has an extensive background in Salsa, Argentine Tango, Ballet, Jazz, Modern Dance, Contemporary, Hip Hop, Modern Jive & Burlesque. Irina has performed Nationally and Internationally, she has choreographed and produced her own dance shows, taught all over New Zealand and has been involved in numerous National events as an organizer and lately also as a judge. Blaine Holt, has competed with Irina in Pro/Am Salsa Championships and took 2nd place in 2012. Since then Blaine has decided to give up his amateur status and become a professional instructor. He dances Salsa, Bachata, Zouk and Modern Jive. Currently Blaine and Irina train the intermediate performance team at Viva Latino
