She will be teaching 6 pm - 7pm Styling & Technique for Ladies 7 pm -8pm Body Movement for Ladies& Gentleman 8 pm - 9pm Mambo meets Cha cha &Pachanga September Calender 1 Week 07.09 Studio 3 2 Week 14.09 Studio 3 3 Week 21.09 Studio 3 4 Week 28.09 Studio 3 Prices: £50 per month for 1hr per week £70 per month for 2 hrs per week £90 per month for all 3 hrs per week £15 per drop in class (1 hr) ALL CLASSES ARE FOR FOUNDATION TO INTERMEDIATE LEVEL For more information and registration please email [email protected] Classes description 6pm-7pm Styling & Technique for Ladies On2 In this class dear Ladies, you will be working on your basic techniques, such as coordination arms, leg& footwork, timing On2, turns & spins. Progressively you will be learning how to incooperate Styling into your dance and how to gain more gracefulness „sexappeal“ and elegance while keeping your Individual Flow. 7pm-8pm Body movement for Ladies&Gentleman The focus in this class will be on, working out your whole body. We will be concentrating on gaining more flexibilty and core strengh in order to coordinate our upper& lower body parts, arms and legs, incoorperating all aspects into our dancing. 8pm-9pm Mambo meets cha cha& Pachanga In this class we will be working on our footwork and On2 timing by learning varieties of shines including cha cha cha and pachanga steps. You will be able to experience new moves which will enrich your dancing repertoire. About Katrin Katrin Lerner is from Germany. She started her dance education at the State Ballet school in Berlin. During her further development as a dancer, she continued her studies at the Palucca Hochschule für Tanz in Dresden, where she graduated as a stage dancer in classical ballet and modern dance. While studying, she discovered Latin music, especially salsa music, and developed a great passion for it. Out of her diverse background, she developed a characteristic personality on stage, with a certain way of telling a story; she shows her spirit in dance. In recent years, she has been working alongside her dance-partner Alexis Ruiz. Known as „Alexistyle“, he is a very well-known dancer and instructor. She is also a member of one of the most the renowned Latin dance group worldwide, Adolfo Indacochea’s ‘’The Latin Soul dancers“ As a teacher, Katrin emphasises music and the individual’s feelings. While teaching lady-styling, her focus senses the participants own femininity, conveying a combination of natural movement sequences that confront the aesthetics of femininity.
