Clown & Tango

Tango meets Clown ❤️ Welcome to a fusion between two wonderful arts 🎭 We will explore both Clowning and Argentine Tango in this exclusive workshop with two dedicated teachers. No previous experience is needed, this workshop is for ALL! Patrick van den Boom is the founder and director of Clownschool International and has been working professionally as a clown and clown teacher for many years. Anniken Seglem Krogstad is the founder and director of Tangoskolen in Oslo, where she is also working as a tango teacher, since 2007. Patrick and Anniken have been dreaming about meeting up and doing this event again after last year's success! «Play is essential for our work and we think life is like dancing in and out of balance. We love meeting people, listening, and opening up to our senses» Argentine Tango is an improvised dance for two people (or more maybe) in which we communicate with our bodies. In this workshop, you will learn the basic language of tango as well as an introduction to clowning from your heart. We believe these two arts will complement each other and add new dimensions to both crafts. If you are new to tango - you are welcome! If you are new to clowning - you are welcome!
