Concert and Milonga at the Pausa Art House

The Argentinian-Belgian Dominguero Tango Trio revives the Guardia Vieja tango style with a line-up that leans towards the early years of tango: flute, guitar and bandoneon and, especially for the occasion, the double bass played by Marc Cousins from Buffalo. Brian Mcelroy will be the Tango DJ during the milonga part of this event. Obviously the Domingo Tango Trio will also play a few tandas during the milonga. The repertoire includes tunes from that period and also more recent songs, always adapted in the Guardia Vieja style. Top dancers from Argentina illustrate the music with their own new choreographies. Come and taste and enjoy the authentic atmosphere of the early years of tango!
