ENGLISH BELOW CONEXION - Retiro de Silencio y Ecstatic Dance con Arun Ji Con la colaboración de Olec Mun al piano. Una experiencia inmersiva de música, baile, ritual, presencia y silencio, albergada por la exuberante naturaleza y el confort que nos ofrece Amara Valley. Después de dos años de gestación, Arun nos comparte su nueva propuesta con la intención de disfrutar un fin de semana totalmente sumergid@s en la magia y la exquisitez que nos dan la danza, la música y la presencia en un entorno no verbal. Cuando dejamos las palabras los sentidos se agudizan, abriendo nuestra experiencia de vida a una dimensión diferente: Los colores, formas y sonidos se perciben con más claridad y definición, los sabores y olores se expanden desde la nariz y la boca hasta todo el cuerpo, la piel nos transmite un rango mayor de sensaciones que normalmente pasan desapercibidas o quedan silenciadas por la mente. Cuando compartimos con otras personas desde ese lugar, las conexiones cobran otra dimensión, dejando atrás nuestra historia personal para que nuestros cuerpos y nuestras almas se encuentren en la mirada, en el contacto, en el juego, en el rezo, en la danza... En plena explosión primaveral, Amara Valley nos ofrece el marco ideal para vivir esta experiencia, con sus cómodas y cálidas instalaciones, su exquisita comida y la maravillosa naturaleza que lo rodea. Algunas actividades que formarán el programa son: Ecstatic Dance, Ceremonia de Cacao, Baño de Bosque, Meditación Activa, Sauna... Abriremos el retiro con un círculo de palabra para encontrarnos y compartir la información práctica. Lo cerraremos con un espacio para compartir vivencias y sensaciones. After two years of gestation, Arun shares his new proposal with us with the intention of enjoying a weekend totally immersed in the magic and exquisiteness that dance, music and presence give us in a non-verbal environment. When we leave the words behind, the senses sharpen, opening our life experience to a different dimension: Colors, shapes and sounds are perceived with more clarity and definition, flavors and smells expand from the nose and mouth to the whole body, the skin transmits us a greater range of sensations that normally go unnoticed or are silenced by the mind. When we share with other people from that space, connections take on another dimension, leaving behind our personal history so that our bodies and our souls meet in the eyes, in the touch, playing, in the prayer, in the dance... Amara Valley offers us the ideal setting to live this experience, with its comfortable and warm facilities, its exquisite food and the wonderful nature that surrounds it.
