This led her to study in Escola Superior de Dança, contact improvisation, fascia therapy, and to an MA in Movement Psychotherapy at Goldsmiths' College, in London, to 5 Rhythms and to Movement Medicine (UK), which she's been practicing since 2010. She followed the MM training and has been teaching since 2016. She currently lives in Aljezur, teaching 1-1 and groups in Aljezur and online. She has also studied Tantra/ sacred sexuality/ embodied feminine with Sofia Sundari and done ISTA. Her thirst for self-discovery has taken her to many countries, spiritual practices and masters, with whom she lived and studied with, namely Mooji and Ganga Mira. https://www.facebook.com/movementmedicinewithshivani/ **Alexia Perineau** When I discovered the practice of group movement improvisation in 2016, and in parallel saw the gap between people's truth and how they lived, the importance of rebuilding how we live burst in me, and I decided to fully go on a quest of research of new ways of living. From then came my traveling research New Societies (http://newsocieties.weebly.com/)), and the group sessions I facilitate. I am also starting to create a coaching program and some creative writing from that space as well. The things I do: facilitate groups into embodied improvisational expression and connection, yoga, acting (Meisner method), dancing (contact improv, gaga, tango, ecstatic), music, writing (stories, thoughts, songs), research on communities, have a very natural lifestyle. Other things I've done: studied engineering, vipassana, NVC, acroyoga. Facebook page: [https://www.facebook.com/alexiayoga](https://www.facebook.com/alexiayoga) **David Brundige** I love gathering people for connection and self-discovery. I facilitate circling, a practice of mindful communication that deepens connection by raising awareness of self and others. I am a trained plant medicine facilitator and hold space for intense psycho-spiritual experiences. I am also a filmmaker who finds comedy in serious situations. Having spent most of my life in sprawling Los Angeles, I only discovered the power of community after attending Burning Man in 2010, and then Tamera (Portugal), Pachamama (Costa Rica) and MAPLE (Vermont). In L.A., I've organized regular community dinners, cuddle parties and other events, but *living* in community provides another level of freedom, expansion, and safety. My ideal day in community involves meditation, yoga, circling, contact improv dancing, group art making, strategic planning, and music around the fire.
