Connection Lab From the Roots to Cosmos

Hello, I'd love to invite you to the Connection Lab. Summer Edition - FROM THE ROOT 🌳 TO THE SPACE 🌠 - Authentic Relating Practice. Hopefully, the weather is great and we can meet in Skaryszewski Park - I will provide the exact location closer to the date of the event. -------------------------------------------------- -------------- To be able to navigate well in Cosmos, we need to build a good connection to our Roots. These Roots are AUTHENTICITY -> who am I, my desires, needs, boundaries, the WHOLE ME - on one side it's my perception of myself and on the other side it's the AUTHENTICITY HERE AND NOW - what I experience at the moment, what is most alive for me right now. ** What I feel, ** What I think, ** What my body says, ** What my heart says. Efficient and pleasant floating in Cosmos is possible when we are in connection with our Roots (that is authenticity), without this connection you may fly away. Even from yourself. **Cosmos is RELATIONS **. Some may say relationships are like Cosmos 😛 (too complex to understand). And some connections might be like that, but when we are connected to our authenticity, when we are in harmony with ourselves, the Cosmos could be a all pleasure and fun. Cosmos is POWER. In such a Cosmic space we meet, stand whole in front of each other, eaqual. We look into each other's eyes, boost our curiosity, and we both say: ** Here is ME and here are my roots. ** In such Cosmos we allow ourselves to be who we truly are. BUT what is also important and profound - we allow others to reveal their own authenticity - to show their own Roots. We both receive a chance to get to know each other - for real. And this is what Authentic Relating is about - Moving around in Cosmos, in connection with our Roots - safe and grounded. It's about connecting with the self, building relationships based on what I experience and how I feel. It's about opening up to each other and standing in our truth. 💡 Research shows that people who maintain good friendships and have lots of quality interactions with other human beings, live longer and build stronger immunity. 💡 Love and social belonging have incredible power over our lives. Other people motivate us, inspire us, move our hearts, make sense to our lives. 👀 WHAT DO WE DURING THE MEETING? ⚈ We go inward safely, and show up trully ⚈ We transform fear and judgment into curiosity ⚈ We practice mindfulness ⚈ We focus and appreciate on what we have in common ⚈ And we learn to respect what divides us and in addition ⚈ We laugh, feel moved, build bonds and inspire one another 🗓️ WHEN AND WHERE 7 August 2022 (Sunday) Hours: 12.00-15.00 (3h) Skaryszewski Park - details closer to the event 🧘 TAKE WITH YOU Something to sit on the grass - a mat, a blanket or a pillow. Something to drink and/or some snacks (if you wish). Depending on how the energy flows, we may stay and have a picnic together. 💸 GRATITUDE EXCHANGE As gratitude for leading and holding space for your Cosmic Travels, I recommend an energy exchange in the form of a GIFT of GRATITUDE in the amount between PLN 50-80.
