Connection + Micro Movements 2.0 Workshop

Join us for a another beautiful evening of Connection and Micro movements version 2.0 ✨ This time we’ll explore more of the same breathing with our dance partner and adding mirrored body micro movements and how to build breathing and Micro movements into a full dance. Taking all the magic from last time and expanding it even further 🥰 We’ll build beautiful connections together during the workshop and have 30 mins after with the music going just to dance and connect in your own time ✨ Ever wondered what people are doing when they’re just standing there or look like they’re doing ‘sleepy dancing’? This is Micro Movements 💫 These are the little things in life that make the dance experience so magical, when two bodies are in sync, communicating with each other in perfect harmony. The best part is, we all have this magical ability inside of us. This workshop is kizomba based but the principles of connection apply to all dancing and areas of life.
