For this weekends Friday session we welcome Matthew Mackay to offer a NEW experience of Connection, Communication & intimacy An array of social connections, meditations, exercises and games for deepening self-love and self-compassion and for connecting lovingly and skillfully with others. including 👉 Self love meditations 👉 Communication Games 👉 Authentic Relating & Boundary exercises 👉 Platonic Touch & Intimacy Games 👉 Light intuitive Movement, dance & Contact Improv It is also MATTS BDAY! Join Matt & Jack as we support each other in developing skills to create deeper connections, Express ourselves freely and naturally & find fulfillment in our relationships and community. Some additional dance & intuitive movement will guide is throughbsome creative, and muscial flows. Having a Partner is not necessary for this event!
