Movement that is circular is both liberating and meditative and designed to help heal body, mind and spirit. The word Mandala means circle and represents oneness or union. At first glance freeform ecstatic dance does not look circular, but if you look closer you find dancers' bodies moving rhythmically in patterns resembling a beautiful spirograph! We invite you and your dance to join us this Thursday! Our dance floor is warm inviting soft beautiful inspiring and we are blessed to call this studio our Dance Home. All dancers, movers, shakers, rollers, jumpers, thumpers, groovers of all abilities are welcome.
