Thank you 🙏😉. ☀ Tantric Connection workshop – ★ Janaina Dos Anjos ★ This workshop will allow you to drop into your heart and body and connect energetically and with skin to other fellow humans. 💖 Explore connection by attuning to what is present. Meeting you and another with curiosity and presence. Exploring the play of polarities, everyone will be have opportunity to play with roles as giver and receiver. How it means to as a receiver be supported to feel what is present for you and held. Dropping into body sensations. Moving with what is alive & let it move you. As a giver how it's to support another to relax more fully and drop into the body. Reconnecting with bliss. Sharing Intimacy – INTO ME SEE – let’s explore together…feeling into that. Dropping into your body. Exploring the dance between masculine and feminine energies. Connecting and expressing ourselves with nonverbal cues through breath, sound, movement. Let’s have a taste of beautiful tantra practices for connection and discovery. Tantra brings deeper awareness into our body experience & the ripples of sensations. As we reclaim and share our bliss we remember our connection with all. An invitation to taste this experience together & imprinting more of that in our body memories in community. Feel relaxed, attuned and open...receptive to life in and out. Like melting. Before entering dance floor to continue inner and outer journey. Let’s play & co-create. Guidelines - You are welcome solo and/or also to come with your partner or a friend. - There is no nudity in this particular workshop. - Everything is an invitation. In exercises to do with a partner or in group, you are always welcome to practice solo or with your partner as you wish. You can explore exercises with physical touch or in energetic way. Your body is your guide - Everyone’s boundaries are expressed and respected. She is life coach, yoga and tantra teacher (VITA Tantra institute) and co-founder of Pussy Lab. ‘It is my intention to co-create spaces to cherish aliveness, honour this body and getting to know more of ourselves. The connection to the bliss in me and with you, opening the heart for whatever is present is what I am most grateful for.’ Instagram: _@janainadosanjos_ ☀ Cacao & opening ceremony with ★ Johannes Siemann, Kune Thysen & Carmen Torrez ★ What is a cacao ceremony? Cacao in its raw form is a very powerful medicine from South America. We know it here mainly processed in chocolate, but there it has already lost much of its effect and of course we do not take it in a ceremonial way. So during the Ceremony, we drink the cacao in a minimally processed form that allows us to experience all its beautiful power. Besides numerous nutrients, raw cacao works especially on our heart opening. ❤ We further support this through guided meditations, breathwork, movement and the opening of our voice through singing together. With this, we will empower the deepening towards the connection with ourselves and each other in order to dive into a wonderful evening of dance and music. Kune Thysen will provide us with the ceremonial cacao and will give more explanation on cacao. About Johannes Johannes has been guiding ceremonies and groups with music, breathwork and guided meditations for several years. His passion and focus lies on embracing our uniqueness, welcoming all our emotions and being completely our wonderful selves with all our craziness, depths, our joys and sorrows. Cacao as medicine can support us in this by working directly on our heart-opening and from there connecting with ourselves and others. About Carmen Carmen is a passionate Ecstatic dance organiser, facilitator, DJ and bodyworker. She is fascinated by (re)connecting with your body and as such coming closer to your soul. From her soul mission she loves to let people connect deeper with themselves, with others and with the greater whole. Find out more about her on www.carmentorrez.com. ☀ Ecstatic dance with ★ DJ Jethro ★ We are thrilled to announce the amazing DJ Jethro from Amsterdam as our guest DJ for the Ecstatic dance! ★ DJ Jethro ★ worked as a professional dancer for many years. In 2015 he fell in love with Ecstatic Dance. Pretty soon he started guiding the Ecstatic Dance Ceremonies at Odessa Amsterdam and Club Lite. It wasn't until the end of 2020 that he started DJ’ing and now he has been creating magical journeys all over Europe. Jethro likes to combine all as many genres as possible, but you can be sure to have a deep experience of highs and lows, poetry and mystery, big waves and cool breezes.
