Ujszászi Dorottya, Dotty nemzetközileg elismert salsa és modern táncos nyitott workshopja: A CONSLA egy teljesen új, zenei és mozgás-inspiráción alapuló tánc, mely a kontakt, a modern tánc és a salsa ötvözéséből jött létre. Alapvetően nem lépéskombinációkon és figurákon alapszik, hanem új készségek elsajátításán: használd a partnered súlyát, vezesd a figurákat a teljes testeddel és vedd használatba a salsa eddig ismeretlen irányait, a földet, a levegőt... Workshop anyaga: - CONSLA technikai tréning alap kortárs, modern és salsa elemekkel és kombinációkkal - Kontakt partneringek - Salsa stílus és musicality - CONSLA kombináció és improvizáció Salsa, modern tánc, és kontakt alap tudás elengedhetetlen, (ha ezekből 2 erősséged és a harmadik hiányzik, de szereted a kihívásokat, akkor is jöhetsz) Erős fizikai kondíciódra szükséged lesz! A workshop anyaga egymásra épül, részvétel mind az 5 napra erősen ajánlott. Ruházat CONSLÁhoz: kényelmes tréning ruha, térdvédő ajánlott, illetve forgó talp. Magassarkú cipő csak a stílus órához kell, CONSLÁra nem kell. A workshop ára: 150 euro/ 25 óra Magyaroknak -30% kedvezmény!!! (fizetés forintban) Regisztráció Febr.15.pénteken 15h-tól a helyszínen. Dotty, Dorottya Ujszaszi worldwide renowned salsa artist and contemporary dancer introduces CONSLA: It is a purely inspirational way of dancing salsa. Created from the words CONtact, CONtemporary and SALSA, CONSLA mixes movements from these dance styles. Created for salsa dancers it's a completely new style of dancing where you're freed from the usual salsa steps, figures or shines. CONSLA uses body contacts, the weight of your partner and incorporates two more directions to your dance: the floor you're dancing on and the air you or your partner are reaching out to. The result is a new dance style that is seamlessly integrated with your salsa dancing and your own moves - creating a constant flow and enjoyment - for you two. Workshop includes: - CONSLA training and choreography with basics of contemporary ,modern dance and salsa technic - Contact dance partnering - Salsa portorican style and musicality - CONSLA choreography and improvisation Basic knowledge of salsa leading and following, contemporary and contact dance are necessary. (Exception if you are high leveli n 2 of these and the third stlye is missing, but you ready for challenge, you are welcome to join us!) The worshop is quite physical, general strengh is important. Where do you dance?) to [email protected] . Places are limited. Daily tickets are not available. Wear training clothes, bring some kneepads and turning feet.
