(english below) Estamos felices de estar organizando el 7mo festival de Contact and Flow para Marzo 3 al 17, 2024 en la laguna de Bacalar, México. Enfocándonos en la práctica de improvisación de contacto en tierra y agua, exploraremos el movimiento en estos 14 días de clases, laboratorios y jams inmersos en la naturaleza. Desde prácticas somáticas hasta apnea a profundidad iremos de lo técnico a lo improvisacional con Sofia Barriga (Ecuador), Gabriel Foriesteri (Italia), Sergio Palomares (España), Eva Schorndanner (Alemania), Andrea Scheel (México). Este se divide en tres fases : 3 al 6 de marzo - Pre-taller de Improvisación de Contacto con Sofia Barriga (Ecuador) 7 al 13 de marzo - La Inmersión: 5 días enteros de talleres de Improvisación de Contacto y danza en agua desde un enfoque somático. Con exploraciones de movimiento e improvisación en la naturaleza, ‘underscore’ en agua y tierra, y compartires afines a la ecología profunda y tradiciones ancestrales como el temazcal. Con facilitadores de varias partes del mundo. 14 al 17 de marzo - Post- taller de Danza a profundidad (apnea) con Gabriel Foriesteri (Italia), en el cenote azul.
