Ancrée dans le Contact Improvisation et le Mouvement Authentique, la pratique intègre la sagesse du Qigong, du yoga, de la pleine conscience, la guérison somatique, la relation authentique et du leadership conscient. Passionate by dance and movement and its effect on ‘human’ on physical, mental and spiritual levels, she’s continuously exploring new approach, leading her to study from dance techniques, fitness and training concept, shamanic principles, and other practices such as Reiki and NLP. She’s also the co-founder of Plein Soleil.
