We welcome you to this evening of D A N C E & C O N T A C T improvisation! 💙🤍❤️ On this national day of Iceland, 17th of June, our invitation is to feel the C E L E B R A T I O N within in this dance ~ Freedom • Sovereignty • Independence ♥️🤍💙 ♥️ About the D A N C E: 🔆 We will begin with the invitation for you to connect into your body & warm up: ~ A guided movement exercise for body awareness & self connection. 🔆 Followed by a playful exercise of contact & movement. ~ The invitation into the exploration of contact improvisation. 🔆 Contact improvisation and free dance flow. 🎶 With L I V E music 🎶 ~ The invitation to allow the music & creativity to inspire movement & dance. ♥️ Practical I N F O: 🔆 We will start at 19:00 so we kindly ask that you show up at 18:45 ~ Once we are in the space of dance, we will close the doors. 🔆 No prior experience in contact dance is required! 🔆 What to bring ~ We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and wearing long sleeves & pants.
