Welcome this friday evening in Ghent for our 2-weekly contactimpro friday jam. We meet into dance, joining an open, mixed level jam space to play, train, practice and dance C.I. arriving at 19h guided warmup at 19h30, followed by an open jam space about a jam : - A C.I. jam is a mixed-level, co-responsibility training space to practice and explore contact improvisation, dance and improvised movement. - It’s about exploring physical laws and forces while moving through space, in physical contact with someone else, sharing weight along the way - It’s about improvising, exploring, dancing, communicating, listening, awareness and having fun - It’s about joining-in to create an ‘instant composition’ of movement in space with the others
