Contact Improv Class and Jam in Chennai

Come join us in this Contact Improvisational exploration on March 9th in Chennai. I have enjoyed the extended CI journey from Toronto, Israel, Kamshet and Goa. We will have our India Contact Improvisation festival in Delhi and Dharamsala in April. Meanwhile, myself and Harmandeep have decided to facilitate this class. CI has something for everyone, movement lovers, dancers, meditators, acrobats, body workers, martial artists, everyone is welcome across all levels. Especially beginners, come dip your feet in the waters of CI. It's gentle and your body will be tune itself like a tactile listening device. Let improvisation take over as you move and communicate through your body. we will have opening circle and class at 7:00pm till 8:00pm and then the Jam from 8:00 to 10:00pm.
