Contact Improv Deepening Workshop with Stuart Phillips

Join us for an evening of deeping into the contact improvisation form where we will explore somatic movement pattering and how we show up on the dance floor. This workshop includes interrelational concepts brought up in connection, what helps us manage our relations, our minds, in physical contact, how can/do emotions drive us in connection, what can/do we pay attention to to optimize our connections, what is our personal learning process in this.
