Contact improv Diwali JAM - Mumbai

Aha e We are people who love to always dance to celebrate . IF its a day of celebration we dont wanted to miss this . This weekend we do JAM a Celebative Contact Improvisation Class and JAM in Mumbai .We continue to play, support and explore with our bodies. This Sunday we come together for a short class leading into a jam. The time will cover some basics so those who missed the events can also join in, beginners are most welcome. CONTACT IMPROVISATION JAM 7:00pm - 10:00pm JAM 22 Sunday / OCt Spaceholding by: ADI / Come get a little taste of CI warm up with the basic principles! We then open jam with a circle, and music. However, the intention of the Warm up is to create a sense of a shared journey through the evening & into the Jam, so please be on time - or respect that if you join later. In continuation of PlaySupportExplore Initiative ( Contact Improvisation workshop MUMBAI (Play, Support, Explore)), we are taking the CI energy forward.
