About this Event
*Wait, did you say Contact Improv?*
Hold on, I’ll explain! Logan is an internationally recognized movement instructor and practitioner. Movement is a practice where they explore, refine, and simplify principles that connect different physical arts, disciplines, and sports—with the goal of helping you move better, faster, and more efficiently, both in your specific discipline and beyond.
Contact Improv is an art based on principles and concepts, one of which is grounding, a principle valuable in contact, zouk, movement, and often in the pursuit of living life intentionally. We'll be using this playful, fun art form (Contact Improv) to explore grounding and how it can greatly benefit your dance and more.
*THIS WORKSHOP IS FOR ALL LEVELS.* Seriously, all levels… Any human, regardless of experience or lack thereof in Zouk, Contact, or general movement, will enjoy this precious moment of moving in community. And… you might even stumble upon some profound, dance-enhancing epiphanies!
*Sounds exciting, right?!* Join us on Wednesday, the 16th, for two classes and a practica facilitated by Logan DiTillo in coordination with Lambarado Springs.
