Hiii lovers and movers 🫶♥️🌑⚡️ I’m so excited to invite you to our first jam of 2025 ~ coming in hot just after Interfusion Festival … many of our jammers are still buzzing with that good good energy and have new skills to bring to the dance 🕺 floor @ DanceLoft studio 4 We have a collective intention of community coregulation & exploration … this is an inclusive, accessible, and playful container 🫶♥️🌈 Consent oriented & beginner friendly We start with a facilitated warmup, move into an open jam container(typically with music) and come to completion in a closing circle 🫶⚡️🌑 stay for some or all… We meet every 1st & 3d Wednesday of the month in studio 4; 7:30-10pm $10-20 to @Lindi-Harron on Venmo or reach out 4 work-trade opportunities ✨ DM to Join our WhatsApp group 😊
