Contact Improv Jam mumbai

After the interest and openness from Mumbai for Contact Improvisation workshop. We continue to play, support and explore with our bodies. This Sunday we come together for a short warm up leading into a jam. The time will cover some basics so those who missed the events can also join in, beginners are most welcome. CONTACT IMPROVISATION JAM 5:00pm - 7:00pm JAM 24 Sunday / September Spaceholding by: ADI / GURU Come get a little taste of CI warm up with the basic principles! We then open jam with a circle, and music. However, the intention of the Warm up is to create a sense of a shared journey through the evening & into the Jam, so please be on time - or respect that if you join later. In continuation of PlaySupportExplore Initiative ( Contact Improvisation workshop MUMBAI (Play, Support, Explore)), we are taking the CI energy forward.
