CONTACT IMPROVISATION

We’re excited to invite you to a special class that offers something a little different from your usual training. While ballroom dance often focuses on precision, technique, and structure, this experience is about exploring the other side of movement - connection, awareness, and feeling. In this Contact Improvisation class with Zeus, you’ll be guided through simple exercises that help you: • develop a deeper sense of body awareness • improve connection with a partner • move more freely and naturally • trust your instincts, not just your steps No previous experience in improvisation is needed. Everything is introduced in a clear, supportive, and approachable way. This is not about doing things “right” - it’s about discovering new possibilities in how you move, connect, and express.
