Contact Improvisation 3 Day Intensive with Stuart Phillips ⁍ABOUT THE WORKSHOP⁌ This comprehensive Contact Improvisation workshop explores how to be oneself in the midst of connection—in dance, relationships, and life. We will practice feeling and revealing who we are in every moment while in connection, as it magically applies to how we are, where we are, why we are, and when we are. This workshop will be a carefully curated and guided practice to support our emotional evolution together. It is appropriate for all levels. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early each day, ready to start on time.
