This class is about finding new pathways and connections within our bodies. Allowing those revelations lead us in to ourselves, finding new ways to communicate and to move in an effortless way that is more efficient and clever in our bodies. We use Laban movement analysis and Bartenieff Fundamentals in this process allowing that to shed light and organically lead us in our CI practice. Contact Improvisation is such a rich form that uses listening inner and outer, sharing weight, trusting and so many other skills that are amazing to practice both on and off the dance floor.
