Contact Improvisation at Sati Yoga Time: Class 6-30 to 7-45 pm Jam 7-45 to 9-30 pm Place: Sati Yoga 300 THB class + jam 200 THB only jam Topic of the class: “Qualities of contact” In this class we will play with different qualities both physical (like dancing with strong resistance or dancing with very subtle touch) and more abstract and will see how switching between them can enrich our dance and set free our creativity. It very helpful to use long pants and t-shirt with long sleeves (better take few for changing). Water bottle.
