Contact Improvisation class and Jam

Every Thursday we meet at JP to dance. The form of CI is a special form where the dancers explore their ability to be attuned to each other while dancing. Using things as weight shifts, rolling point of contact and momentum helps the dance to become more fluid and full of listening. This week Avital Bar Zuri will lead the class and then we will open the space to a free jam. We meet at 7:30pm-9:45 pm 10-15$ (Sliding scale)
