𝗜𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗗𝗘 𝗨𝗦 Contact Improvisation Class and Jam with 𝗠𝗮𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗮 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗼 This is an opportunity for some gravitational wonders to move us through the practice of Contact Improvisation. Starting from the proposal of sensing in which parts of my own body does movement of life grow. Can the act of listening create us in the space? How are we needed? Can we feel it from inside us? She met Contact Improvisation 10 years ago in her native land, Argentina, and her life went into colours. Since the beginning she has been surrounded by beautiful teachers and dance partners. Her curiosity for supporting others through creativity led her to study dance therapy, art therapy and dance movement therapy. Specifically the practice of Authentic Movement has been a focus. Since 2024 she has been studying with 𝗧𝗢𝗪𝗔𝗥𝗗𝗦. She continues to investigate holistic spaces of dance and life, practicing in nature and sharing her discoveries through classes, workshops, and one to one meetings.
